Co-located Costs
1 Unit (U) is 1.75 inch in height. Rack mounted server cases
are measured in Units. You can put a server with two HDs and
2 network cards in a 1U case. So, the smaller your server
- the more you save. Rackspace is a valuable resource, hence
we charge £75 for the first U then £50 per U thereafter.

All charges are shown on a monthly basis.
This bandwidth is burstable to 100Mbit/s UK, 10Mbit/s International.
How do I buy bandwidth?
We provide bandwidth in three distinct methods. Firstly, we provide
it on a "pay as you go" basis. Secondly, we provide bandwidth
on a "buy what you need" basis and finaly we supply bandwidth
on a "fixed rate".

Pay as you go.
For usage up to 10GB per month we allow you to pay for what you
use. This way you do not pay for bandwidth that is never used. This
method is almost unique to Megaweb Developments.
At the end of each month we record how many gigabytes of
traffic your server has generated/received and simply bill
you for it on an £4 per gigabyte used basis.
EG. You have a 1U server. At the end of the month we find
you've used 3.5GB. You are then billed £75 for the 1U
of rack space plus £16 for the bandwidth you've used,
total £91 + VAT.
There is an initial set-up fee of £100 per server,
covering installation and connection.
1 Month notice, for termination of agreement.
You Get:
As many IP addresses as can be justified via the standard
process.
Extras:
Remote hands service is available charged on a per 30 min
basis.
Fully Managed Service
We can also provide a fully managed service. For this we
can look after and maintain your server, by keeping the patches
up to date any potential security breaches can be minimised.
